I got the ring and stone from Charleston Alexander here in the DC Metro Area. They got me such a great deal.

The reason it took me 8 months is because there is SO MUCH to learn about these stones. I knew what I wanted, I just had to find it. If I had not been shopping for 8 months I would have picked up a similar stone for 8k which is more than I wanted to spend.

So shopping for 8 months got me some creditability with the local B&M shops so I played them against each other and was able to pick up the stone and custom ring for under $6300.... oh and it appraised for double.

so I will take that 8 months to save that much money.

I have been so busy this weekend I have not been able to snap some pictures.. but it looks amazing in the sun
