The stone should be evaluated by a gemologist. Are you purchasing from a PS vendor? They can assessed any durability or eye cleanliness issues for you and most cannprovide ASET images as well.

I am sorry but it doesn't look good to me. If you can enlarge the image and repost, it might help. I can't tell if I am seeing inclusions or lack of symmetry, but neither would be good.

OP - with cushions is always about personal preference. Clearly there are people that don't like that type of cut. I and a few others really enjoy what's referred to as "crushed ice" which is the most sparkly result. If that is actually inclusions, you might want to pass this stone up. If it's just reflection of the camera, and you saw this in person and love it and more importantly think you FI will love it, then stick with it.
