Should I pull the trigger on this diamond

I asked whiteflash to get in one of there virtual selection diamonds. I got the specs in and I wanted to make sure this was a good diamond. Id like to know in general as well as specifically about one thing.The place im getting my setting from told me that high flour can sometimes make it look dull or oily. can you tell if thats the case in these pictures? Would it be noted on the GIA report?
The stone is under 2800. Thoughts please?

If Whiteflash has the stone in their possession then they can tell you if it looks milky or oily. However milkiness / oiliness is rare even in stones with VSB fluor.
