Looking to see some engagement rings-- round diamonds in halo settings! Also if you can post your finger size so I can see it in comparison on mine. THANKS SO MUCH!!!

Mine is 2.22 carats (almost 8.5 mm), 1.3 mm halo around it, 4.75 finger size

There is already a pretty long thread on halos so I would just check that out. Not all are round's but enough to give you an idea.

I think a thread JUST on round halos is a great idea!! When it's not mixed in with other shapes like in that other thread it's easier to focus. Especially when you add finger size in too which the other thread doesn't necessarily have. I hope more people post on this thread. I'm interested in round halos too - I almost never see one in real life.

Also Maevemarie - I thought to myself wow - your ring is beautiful! And lo and behold I went and looked at my favorite rings file and there the picture of your ring was - I had copy and pasted it from when you posted earlier! Looks even better with the lowered centre stone!
