Don't you think a bigger, open culet might be 'important' in that it provides evidence that it's an older stone?Author: Art Nouveau
I am still curious about the importance of a culet in an Asscher. I hope the experts in this forum will chime in. Thanks.
I love seeing big culets in beautiful old cuts (OMCs and OECs, too)...but probably because they're sort of rustic and charming, not because they're inherently attractive..
