I bought with the intention of swapping out the stone. Prasiolite is not something that I ever wanted. I like more saturated colors in stones and jewelry. If you ever saw my quilting you would know I'm all about bright colors, lol.

I hope they can somehow gently bust that thing outta there then and you can reuse the setting
I must say i was greatly disappointed to finally see some prasierlote for real

Something must go in our favor if neither of us like our stones and are willing tp scarface them to reuse the settings

So this is my holy grail dream ring, and one of the baguettes was loose so I had the bezel side prongs re-tipped or built up locally. Bad idea. They did a really questionable job. When I went back, they told me it’s because my whole setting is crooked (??) ok… but they did buff it down some more, and I’m deciding maybe I could live with it. It’s only noticeable from an angle I rarely look at, and the price to correct it might not be worth it… I’m going to think about it. Sigh.
