Show me your diamond earring jackets!

Hello fabulous PS devotees!

I'm looking for designs for diamond earring jackets.

I'd really like them to be scalloped, like petals on a flower, as they will be for my FCD 1/4 ct studs (I have blue and pink).

If anyone has seen anything like that, could you point me in the right direction?

But I'd love to see any pics of jackets, especially those with 2 pointers. And especially those that fit 1/4 ct studs.

I'm assuming that the same jackets will not fit my larger .40 studs (.80 ct total).

I have the IDJ 3-pointer jackets for my 0.44ct each studs (the jackets are for 1/2ct each stones but I have 8-prong settings so these work perfectly). I absolutely love these jackets:

A lot of PSers own these jackets in either the 3-pointers or 5-pointers. For your studs, the 3-pointers get my vote. They are large enough to give off a decent amount of sparkle without taking away from the studs. And you get that pretty scalloped edge.

I actually already have the two pointers, so I would prefer to use them. I'm not sure how you decide how many stones in each jacket. that's why I wanted to see pictures.

I'm looking for a design to give the jeweler.

I used to have a picture of jackets with the kind of scallops I'm thinking of, they have metal showing around the edges. But that was before my previous computer died. I just wondered if anyone else had seen anything like that.

I have 3 pt from IDJ for my ruby studs. You can see them here https://www.pricescope.com/communit...by-studs-newish-ruby-ring-ruby-family.178616/

But when I had gotten them I first got a quote from them from different pts and different sizes since I didn't know what size my ruby studs would be and was planning on smaller ones. Anyhow in .25 CTW each ear (so 4mm across) they can do 1pt, 2 pt, and 3 pt. For the larger size (so .50 CTW each ear or 5mm across) they can only do 3pt and above. So just contact them for a quote on the size you need and the size diamonds you want. They were very affordable.

I had these custom made for my studs, but should have made them jackets for the flexibility, so they are in the process of being modified for that purpose. I believe that these are 2 pointers.

Well, it's proving too difficult to get 3 pointer stones for the jackets. So after much deliberation, I'm going to go ahead and order them with my 2 pointers. I think they'll be big enough that the scallops will be visible and, well, I just don't really want to wait for them anymore!

Mine were 3 pointers from IDJ. they have them in stock sizes per mm, but not necessarily very scalloped. Have you contacted them for a price or design ideas?

I was thinking to get my 1 ct custom made to that. Could you please put up clearer pics and provide some specs . Would really Help!!
