Hi there, I know you weren't replying to me, but I have a very similar pair. They are set in a curved basket which sits very flat to the lobe but the biggest difference in terms of droop prevention is jumbo backs. Try that?

I'm so glad you sent this response. I did not see your post when I wrote my question re bezel set. I LOVE yours. The milgrain is nice and I think my favorite part is how razor thin the bezel appears. I see the crossbars are rounded - do you feel this helps prevent stretching of the ear hole, like martini settings may do? I like how close martinis sit to the ear, but I do feel like it sits down into my piercing more and irritates my ear (I have very sensitive ears). I also really love how they look in your ear. Thank you!

Thank you! I love this pair too. To answer your question, yes absolutely it makes the stud sit flat against my ear without the back being pulled into my piercing hole. I forgot to post my OEC studs reset in this thread, but if you look on my SMTB post here you will see I had precisely the same issue with the original settings (not martini, but narrow).

Wednesday I received my new stud (only one ear pierced). It's a lab in yellow gold tulip setting. The smaller one is an older moissanite stud.

My studs are a little peculiar - they're my mom's side diamonds from a ring she reset. I asked her what she was going to do with them, and she said nothing, they were too small. I offered to buy them from her, but she set them in earrings for my Christmas present. I love them.

Not sure if that poster is around anymore. I have 2.29 studs from Whiteflash in their platinum, four prong setting. Not heavy at all! Earring settings don’t generally have that much metal to them.

Your bands with your ering are perfect do you know how many mm each are? Like 2.5mm?
