Thank you!! That's so funny that you're having two made though. After getting this one I found a few sapphires on etsy - one is going to be a super chunky solitaire in the same style, and the other is a square cushion that will have pear sides. Who needs to make decisions when you can just do one of everything instead. I can't wait to see your rings!
(Also do you (or anybody else!) know where I should put the thread? Does it have to go into lab made if it's a mix of stones? Is there a forum/area where I can post that only focuses on the style and not the stones origin? )
Is this a Tiffany Etoile with an emerald cut??
Goodness you have a good eye! Yes it is. Such an easy everyday classic setting.
What can I say... I could sniff out a Tiffany anywhere
What is the carat weight, if you don't mind me asking? It's such a perfect size for that setting style.
This is so beautiful.
I have admited your ring before
i love it
Thanks I love it too. It’s funny I bought the spinel on a whim and I just happened to have spare bags floating around that fit it like a glove.
Haha you crack me up
it is 1.10ct. I saw on your other thread that you would like a Tiffany ring, is it the classic you want?
It's beautiful & so classy.
I'm desperate for a classic, yes. It's always been my dream ring, but sadly I didn't convey that to Mr T. His proposal was a total surprise a few months after we started dating. Then when my ring was damaged beyond repair, I was upset & not looking to replace it in a hurry. I should have piped up then really, as that's when he went & bought my pear cut, which i truly LOVE & would hate to part with.
But I want a classic round & I can't shake it. I have randomly bought Lottery tickets for years in the hope
Glorious. Profile shot?
Here you go. I have to credit @mrs-b for the design of this ring. She designed it and had it made then took it apart and sold me the little EC and allowed me to copy the design. It's very comfortable.
Beautiful. Stunning in its proportions and delicate bevel setting. Any possibility if a hand shot -please?
