my mom's wedding ring is a graduated 5 stone, don't have any pictures but it's beautiful and set in YG baskets. she has small hands, about size 3.5 finger and she gets so many compliments on it. simplicity at it's best!

and they have 18k versions too - here of different sizes (from .25 to 2.5tcw.) so no special order would be needed.


This must be new ? Only a smaller .25 total version is listed, but the lace like design is intriguing enough:

Ooh, Val, you''re right! I think Vatche makes beautiful rings...I looked very closely at some of his settings for my center stone. An 18 carat gold trellis 5 stone with a platinum head would be perfect!

Anchor 31: I love 5 stone rings too. My mom''s wedding ring is exactly like the one you have in your avatar. The cute thing is that she has 5 kids, so she would always say that each diamond represented on of her kids. Awwww

But the thing is, she recently lost one of the diamonds out of the ring!!!! I couldn''t beleive it; the ring is 30 years old!! And worst of all, the diamond that she lost is the one on the end, and that represents me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, it''s no big deal, but she is getting it reset in the exact same ring in white gold with a new replacement diamond. Yay!

Mine's not as exciting as the fancier trellis rings, but I love it just the same.

This is what I consider my wedding band. It wasn't the ring that was put on my finger during our wedding ceremony (long story about that ring!) but I bought this one I few days after we were married. It is 18kt yellow gold and has 5 .15ct stones (.75cwt). I'm not really a YG person anymore, but I always thought it had a pretty color. I had been rhodium plating it for the last 6 years to make it look like white gold and last week I decided I wanted to restore it back to it's original color.

Sorry for the fat fingers. ETA: kind of a weird angle - the stones look like they are different sizes, but I promise they aren't!

I am size 6 or 6.5 depending on the season.

I have a five stone ring too, but it''s sapphire not diamond....can I play???

This was a birthday gift and i am going to have it reset in a u-prong (like all you fine ladies here have) to be part of my wedding set. I originally wanted diamonds in between, but they would have to be around 1/4 carat each and that''s too much money right now. So i am having it set low, like my eternity band ering (also Uprong) and i think they will look great together. I''ve always wanted some color in my set.

Right now it''s an antique-y looking setting that i don''t much care for - it''s not very comfortable!
