Dreamer: I went through a bunch of the GTG threads, and most people just post about planning a meeting. Some were of pictures of vendor stones while people visited jewelers.. so I won't bother reposting those.

Here are two photos from Demelza's and my first GTG... sadly -- funnily? Predictably? -- I think the only piece in this image still in one' of our possession is Dem's large OEC solitare! She still has the MRB too but its now reset as a three stone Still, an amazing collection when it existed.





And one of my favourites from our second GTG. I had consolidated all of my pieces from the first GTG to get my Georgie.

PS bling is not the typical bling! The quality of the pieces owned by PS members really show members' dedication and knowledge of all gems and settings. I have not attended a GTG yet but am considering going to one as everyone seems so nice nice and have a lot of fun. I feel that I would be welcomed even though I have never met anyone personally and I am not in the trade.

Plan it yourself! I wanted to see the ladies, so I started the thread Don't wait for someone else to mention it!

I have not attended a GTG yet but am considering going to one as everyone seems so nice nice and have a lot of fun. I feel that I would be welcomed even though I have never met anyone personally and I am not in the trade.

It's always nice to meet PS members who share the same problem Acquaintances ended up becoming good friends that I talk to regularly. Being trade or not doesn't matter-- as evidenced from Grace being with us! It was nice to see some 'new' things!!! She's absolutely a doll to hang out with, and so so funny. "Trade" doesn't make people into jerks or sharks... it's nice to share a love for jewelry together!
