I'm a size 6.5, and here's a RLP shot of my 3 stone ring. Center stone is 6.23 x 6.25 mm, and the sides are just under 0.50 carats each (5.1mm). All together, it's 16.4 mm across my finger.

1.01 CT AGS 000, H, VS1 in a platinum knife edge setting.

Size 7, but it was a little big here. Had it resized to 6.5.
