The best bling, my anniversary/replacement e-ring. Three stone asscher in platinum. I need to have it resized (or maybe reset?) due to a recent 50+ pound weight loss.




A close second is a rhr band I bought myself in memory of my brother (his birthday was september). It's an alternating diamond/blue sapphire ring, I wear it on my right hand.




I have a pair of diamond studs maybe 0.2ct each that I recently reset into white gold martini settings. I wear those just about every day, no pictures though.

My best bling has not quite arrived yet. I spent so much wasted time trying to get the best diamond, the biggest diamond, the best designer setting etc and not once was happy. Then out finances took a turn for the worse due to job cut backs and I sold off all of my diamond pieces with the diamond being the keystone. I tried sims and wanted so badly for them to work for me but couldn't get past the fact that I felt like I was wearing a lie. Then I thought that I would have some pieces coming from my Aunt but she decided that she can't bring herself to part with them while she is still alive (which I completely support and understand). I did learn a few good things along the way. First, I love 18k yellow gold. Second, finger coverage is key for me and this does not have to mean a large stone which is why my new diamond will be a five stone ring. Third, this will be the last ring. My ring is not about keeping up with a trend or impressing others. I am very appreciative that I am able to have this piece and will be well loved by me. The center stone is a J VVS2 AGS0 4.74mm that scored a 1.1 on the HCA with all Excellent (.38 carat or so, can't remember off the top of my head) with the side stones being the same color/clarity to match (2 3mm and 2 2.5 mm). The band is one that I fell in love with and bought off ebay. The worn patina sold me on it instantly Pics of my band, my crappy diamond photo and one stock photo of the setting. The band with the little diamond in the last photo is my dad's 25th bday present for me. He picked it out himself because he knows how much I love yellow gold and sparkly stones! It's my right hand ring

Wow, I love all the gorgeous pieces here! TDF!!

I guess my best bling is my mom's Cartier Diamond Black Opal though I really love all of my jewelry. If I had to pick it would be this ring.
I don't yet have any good pics- the colors are much much more vibrant than the photos depict (sorry! ) but if I ever get better photos I promise PS will be the first place (and only place LOL) I post them!

I have a very small collection of jewelry, so it's not hard to pick my bests

My .84ct Deep yellowish brown ring by DBL. The shank is silver and the semi-bezel is 18kt


Up next is a Spinel and sapphire bracelet I had made by Heart of Water Jewels for my grandmother. It's over 22 grams of hand carved silver in a dragonfly motif. Stones are set in rose gold.



Finally is a citrine set in a silver daffodil with beautiful enamel by Nancy Karpel, made for my Great Aunt.
