I got these OEC platinum earrings for Christmas set with 4 carats of G-I si clarity old cuts. I bought this Van Cleef and Arpels small perlee ring in rose gold as a simple ring to wear on a recent beach holiday.

TDF GORGEOUS!!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is just my style. Drooling over here.

Thanks @tyty333 there are somewhat rubbish ear shots on this thread https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/share-your-christmas-bling.236348/ taken at night, under yellow-ish lights so the diamonds don’t look as pretty as they are in real life. I did have an issue with one of the stones, as the earrings were sold to me with a chip in one of the diamonds. The earrings had to be returned to the store and the offending stone was re-polished. Always double check your antique purchases ladies!

Like @Niel I’m not sure of my last bling purchase. All I know it’s been too long. But nothing has called my name since my last purchase which I just remembered are these earrings. I bought them pre loved from forte kitty around December 2017 I think. I love them.

I’m almost embarrassed to say, no, these are my Statement Necklaces.
They are old style Rose / single cut diamonds in silver and gold. The green centre stones are synthetic (I just loved their colour) they actual “screw out” (but I don’t have any extra gems to swap with). The pearls are real, don’t know what type though. :roll

Nice set. I like the design they look like the design from a company I follow on Instagram, but that company does not sell diamonds on their settings just druzy and other crystals. I love looking at them. Who designed these?

They’re inspired by McClelland and McTeigue though which you might like if you like the style.

Whoa, 10 grams of platinum!!! I haven’t weighed my wedding stack, but I’m guessing around 6 grams (?) I’m a speech pathologist for babies and toddlers. One of my favorite sing-songy books says, “I love hats!” and I always tap my head as I read it. I will sometimes thunk myself if I’m not careful. I can’t imagine 10 grams!

And as an aside, this is not possibly your first cluster?!

Many different places. My favorite Lambertville estate jewelry shop for one. That is where I have purchased much of my earring collection. Lang Antiques is another. Jewels by Grace has some delicious bling that I could not resist. Instagram now is a great place to see amazbling earrings too. I am only interested in old cut bling so it is easier for me since the list is narrowed considerably when one is just looking for old cut yumminess.

Oh also check out Diamondbistro and Loupetroop and the preloved section on PS. You never know when something just right will come along for you.
