Earshot request! How do you wear the pears - point down? Which do you wear more?
 
Beautiful! I love my James Allen studs - really nice tiny prongs. I adore the idea of pear studs as I love anything asymmetrical which can climb up the ear.

I wear the pears usually point up but sometimes point down. I’d say I wear them an equal amount. And they were not bought at the same time. The WF ACAS Were a 10 year anniversary present from my husband. I had no idea he was getting me earrings. He was all proud of the F color and that he knew to get aca diamonds from whiteflash. It was all very sweet. The pears I picked out. They came 6 years after the aca as a 20 years of being together gift from my husband. I’ve always loved pear cut diamonds so I said. Hey why not earrings?

Thank you. I gotta say I love the pear studs too. Really well set with tiny prongs. I’m very impressed with James Allen. I had them reset my ering recently ( see my avatar picture ) and it came out better than I imagined. Do you have a picture of your JA studs?

Not a great photo. Will have to try and take some better pics. They are only little ones (just under 1ct in total) but I love them for every day and they are so comfortable. JA did a great job with little delicate settings. I’m getting some detachable drops made and will probably get some interesting jackets to dress them up. Bizarrely I’ve never had diamond studs before - not sure how I missed them out :)

I am definitely very taken with those pears though. May have to go on the wish list!

I stated this i the other post but pear shape studs are so cool I don't think I have ever seen them as studs I need to see them on our ears please

Love those tiny prongs. They look great! James Allen does good work IMO. IM HOPING to also get some sort of halo earrings in the future or maybe jackets in the future.
And yesss. You should definitely put a pair of pear cut ( haha) earrings on your list. They are quite affordable and I think James Allen did a great job with mine.

I’ll take some ear shots as soon as I have a minute. They are quite different and not your everyday piece of jewelry for sure. I’ll tag you in an earshot as soon as I take a decent one.
 
Are your ACAs in their 3-prong martinis? What are their size?

Oh my gosh, those pear cut studs are to die for. They're just too cool!

I personally prefer point up as I like how they sit on your earlobe with a hint of skin underneath the stud, IYKWIM?

Thank you!! They are pretty different. Great sparkle too. I think I prefer them point up as well. I’m glad all you lovely people like my pear studs!

Can we see a picture of the pears at an angle, with the point at around 2:00 going with the natural shape of your ear?
 
Both are gorgeous, but I have a soft spot for the pears, especially point up :kiss2:
