If you don''t mind answering, did you have Superbcert set the stone or someone else? If Superbcert set it, how was the process sending your stone and everything else (assuming that''s not where you purchased it from)?

I know Demelza had some issues with porosity and had to negotiate the warranty. I wonder if you would still have to do that on a case-by-case basis (but hopefully that won''t be necessary!)
