I just got home for the day and it was such a treat to read all of your responses!

Gypsy, I am so excited that you''ll be undertaking a similar restoration! I can''t wait to see how it turns out - do you have any before pictures?

What a great ring! So nice that you could have it restored!

Wow, SS did a wonderful job with such a special piece. Beautiful!

Thank you, Kelli and icekid!

I am hoping to get some opinions about how to wear it with my engagement ring, which is also an antique diamond band. This one belonged to my grandmother (who inherited her wonderful taste in jewelry from her mother!). It has six single cut diamonds and is really simple. I''m not sure if I should wear them stacked or one on each hand. Anyway, here is my engagement band:

Sorry, that looks kind of like I''m punching you all! Here is the new/old ring on my hand alone:

And here they are stacked:

Of course, it's all about how you like them, but.... I LOVE them stacked! I think they look beautiful together, and set each other off wonderfully.

What a wonderful restoration. Singlestone really is amazing.

Thank you, Musey! I''m so glad you like them together. I think that''s how I want to wear them, but I''ve gotten so used to the look of my very thin engagement band that the two together seem like too much.

I think they look gorgeous stacked!!

I just love both of them, alone or stacked!

I think many people feel that way when they move from engagement ring alone to wedding set... I know I did

If you do decide that you want to wear them that way, you''ll get used to the look in no time!

Wow, what a transformation! It''s hard to believe it was the same ring! Yay for Ari!

And the style is just gorgeous-I would love one just like that for myself! Wear it in good health!

Very cute!

That''s beautiful!! SS always does such a great job! ENJOY!!!

Hi Cady! Wow, I have to say that is one of the most gorgeous rings I''ve ever seen...I know it''s a simple design, but the proportions are absolutely perfect!

What a difference! I love seeing the before and after. It is beautiful.

What a fantastic restoration! I love the stacked look, although they''re both beautiful on their own, as well!

I vote stacked! They''re beautiful together and such a wonderful tribute to your family history!

I absolutely vote stacked!!!! Those bands are both just lovely!
