Six Diamond Flowers: New Drop Earrings

Finally! I found a pair of dressy-ish but still wearable vintage-style diamond floral drop earrings. They are the perfect length for me. I just bought them this afternoon at a downtown jewellery store, and I'm very pleased with them. I've been wanting a pair just like this for a while. They're half a carat.

Thanks, both! I'll be honest with you - they are definitely NOT PS quality diamonds, but I don't care because they were in a sale for $385.00 ($409.00 incl tax) and they have the overall "look" that I want so much but can find nowhere, and no one but PSers has to know. They have delicate milgrain around the flowers and I think their vintage-look design is so tastefully pretty that they look much more expensive than they were, IMHO. I feel totally confident of passing these off at a dressy occasion - but even if I didn't, I wouldn't care because I just LOVE the design. First time I've bought jewellery based mainly on the design aesthetic rather than the stones. It's quite wallet-friendly!

Forgot to say - they're 14k. (White gold.)

I'm just about to air my campaign to bring chunky Tiffany silver back. I'm off to the pub where my friend is working and she's wearing hers too. I'm wearing my new bling with my Tiffany choker, and I don't care if they don't match! Yes, I am going out like this, with the matching bracelet too.

Pity they don't do a silver Return to Tiffany tiara with a great big heart on top!
