So I decide to get matching bands

And this is what I get. The one on the right seems to have an incomplete polish or some type or a compound which doesn't really seem to come off. And on top of that it's somewhat bent. Have to admit, a bit frustrated here.

Have you discussed these issues with the vendor? I would think they would be willing to remake them or give you a refund if you aren't happy with the product. I can't see the one issue but I do see from the second photo that the ring is bent on the right. I'm sure it won't be noticable when worn but it would bother me if I saw that right out of the box.

I spoke with the vendor and they have no problem redoing it. Just a PITA to keep sending stuff back and forth considering that they weren't rushed on this at all. But hey, stuff happens.

As for the first issue, the white residue on the right ring isn't a reflection...it's the non-polished rough finish of the actual metal which extends along the entire perimeter.
