I have an eternity that needs love

Beautiful 18K white gold antique diamond band with 20 rose cut diamonds and gorgeous delicate milgrain. The stones are nice and white with good clarity. There is a teensy sizing bar at the bottom that could take it down about a size by a great jeweler. Currently sized at 7.5.
