Its a great stone, but hard to take a photo after being sealed by GIA.

It actualy looks like some variety of old cut from those specs on the sarin. If you can get better photos you might actually find a buyer easily, if its an old cut.

Was initially EGL stone, graded round brilliant. Does look chunky though....

First thank you all for a serious education!
I took some advise and continued my education by having the stone graded at GIA.
Here is the EGL grading report.

I'd first try taking a few pictures by the window and in sunlight. Even if it's overcast, if you take a picture of it by the window you should still be able to get a good picture of the facets. I'd leave it in the package seal...

I just ordered a Macro camera lens just for better photos. Keep your fingers crossed. Its totally eye clean, in my humble opinion.

It looks like a lovely stone.

I wonder if you should include the word "diamond" in the title of your listing. I search ebay regularly, and your stone didn't come up in my search -- with the only search word I had being "diamond." So i think if anyone is searching for "Old European Cut diamond" as opposed to just "Old European Cut," it won't come up.
