Just my 2 cents:

1. If these were mine I'd spend the $100 or so on an appraisal (using one of the respected PS appraisers) so potential buyers know what they're purchasing. As a consumer I wouldn't buy anything uncertified at this price point without an appraisal. This also reduces the risk of returns if the buyer has them appraised and the stats aren't what you were told.

2. Assuming the stats are correct and assuming the cut is good, I wouldn't list them for $3,500 (that's more than 50% off retail) - at least not straight away (unless I needed them to sell super fast). Yes, they are a bargain but sometimes you sell something for what you can get the fastest because you have to, not what they're worth. This is one of those cases. I've been a member for a loooong time(8 years), even though I don't post often. I know how picky we are because I'M PICKY. The lucky lady that gets these will be extremely happy. I at least get comforted with that fact.
