I wanted to add a neck shot of my .55 carat H SI1 diamond solitaire pendant to all of these other beautiful pendants! It is bezel set in white gold and used to be in the middle of a thick omega style chain. It drove me crazy because the diamond kept moving around to the side of my neck. I recently had it put on a yellow gold wheat chain instead and the jeweler recommended a barrel to run the chain through to help with the flipping problem. I have found that I wear it a lot more now.

Thanks guys! There are some awesome pendants on here, but I just wanted to show another alternative for the bezel setting. It seems to help keep it from flipping over as much.

Hey...thought id add my neck shot as well. This is a gift that my DH gave me when we were bf/gf years and years and years ago! its so dainty and sweet and i absolutely love it. I don''t have any specs and not even sure of the carat size (anyone can guess?) nevertheless, it means the world to me

Oh, and I've got this slide one which goes quite well with a pair of round leverback dangles too. The bezel on the necklace is a bit too thick IMHO but it's 18ct while gold, very heavy and never, ever flips, which I like.

I like your setting a lot, Sundial. I''ve seen a curved barrel bail that I hoped would help the ''flipping'' problem. I wonder of they could attach a martini set diamond to it? The resulting pendant would then match my martini earrings.

Lynn, I don''t own one, but I tried on a similar one at a jewelry show recently. OMG, it was incredible. The center stone was not to my standards (thanks PS), but if it had been, I would have snatched it up.

This design is now on my list for sometime in the next year. My 20th wedding anniversary is next June, so I''m really thinking ahead.

Since I don''t own a super-ideal round, that is definitely what I want for the center. The one I tried on had about a 0.80 ct center, and that halo really gave it some bling!!!

I think it retails for about 6-7K?? I had the earrings, but returned them. They were just not up to par, IMHO. I had to really argue to get my money back from BBB.
