That is by far my most favoritist aqua ring I have ever seen. EVER! Please keep it and wear it all the time!

I just wanted to pop back on and thank all of you for the thoughtful and sweet comments... You are all correct, it is a gorgeous ring and yes, it is THAT color IRL....so, Yes, I'm going to keep it and WEAR it. :bigsmile:

Colorluvr, your ring is so absolutely beautiful. It's an heirloom and worth keeping and passing down whether you choose to wear it or not. I love it beyond words

It's gorgeous and classic. I Would wear it with a crisp white blouse and jeans. I know it feels odd in the beginning, but trust me you'll get tons of compliments. Think of it this way, most people wouldn't hesitate to wear turquoise or coral twice that size.

The main reason I don't wear a few of the pieces I love is that I haven't the outfits to wear them with. I have a beautiful pair of pink sapphire earrings but I never wear pink so I never wear them. Maybe if you went out/hunted your wardrobe to find an outfit that really suits the ring then you'd wear it more.

I never wear clothes to match my jewellery and vice versa. As an example, I am wearing black khakis and a powder blue sweater, yet sporting a chartruese ring. :bigsmile:

To the chiropractor - lol....but, I did wear it, and now that I have, I'm sure I'll be wearing it much more often. I think I was subconsciously saving it for "a special occasion", but I'm over that now.

YEAH!!! It has seen the light of day --- and I'm sure it liked it!! Glad you enjoyed wearing the ring as well... so, what's on the agenda for tomorrow??? Even if it's walking the dog, having that beautiful ring on your hand must make you feel special on the inside :bigsmile:

Walking my dogs is one time I would never wear it, but that's because I have a very active 6 month old puppy that hasn't got the whole "calmly walking on a leash thing" down pat yet and she tends to pull and twist, which is rough on rings (I learned the hard way and had to replace a melee diamond on one of my sapphire rings when I took her to the vet) BUT, I do have to run an errand tomorrow, so I'll take her out for another spin - lol!

Yay - glad you wore the ring, I love it so much and it inspired me to get my own aqua recut - it's on it's way to Gemart now! And if you ever do sell it, I'll be first in line! That color - so gorgeous! :)

"just wear it dammit"! It's really lovely, and you don't need us to tell you. But if you need some motivation, I think a queue is forming for people who wish they had it in their box :naughty: Start out by putting it on to sit and watch TV, get the mail, chat on the phone...no time like now for a nice evening out with the hubby.
