Sounds like they plan to make more than one - with whatever stone they have on hand!

I don't like many things about this offering.

1. It lists as only 1 ring available. If so, then they should state the exact diamond specifications. If they plan to make multiple settings, then they should not list it with guesstimated carat weight, colour and clarity.

2. I think I know what is going on now with the weight. The EC is nowhere near 5 ct. It is around 4 carats only but the vendor ADDED the melees of the setting into the calculation, thereby making the ring sound like it has a bigger center stone. Still, if it has a GIA lab report, the exact ct weight should be stated, as with the other stats. There is no guessing.

3. Cut looks odd.
