Sometimes you get that perfect sunshot! Renfrow Iolite!

During my many conversations with Jim about the Garnet and Sapphire, I saw this picture of this pretty Iolite on his website and asked him about it. It intrigued me because of the color... He made me an offer I couldn't refuse so here ya go!

It's a tad bit lighter IRL.

that's my real life picture that I took yesterday when we had a bit of sun... it actually came out better than Jim's photo, so I wanted to share. It's a most unusual looking iolite - nothing like the slightly flat purplish one I already have.

Oh, I had assumed that was the vendor pic. It's a nice shot of a great looking stone!

Thanks! I wish it was as easy to get good shots of some of my other stones....maybe I'll do better when we get some sun and it's actually overhead (maybe June???)
