Stone chosen -- Now for the setting. Mark Morrell?

Hello all. Thank you all for the help recently. I've made my final decision on a stone:

Now, I've decided to go with a Mark Morrell setting, and am leaning heavily towards the Mark Morrell Petite Torchiere.

My question is -- accent diamonds in the head, or no?

Or, do most people prefer the Petite Sunburst? Both are amazing.

That setting will be stunning. There is something about having diamonds in that head that really make the setting fabulous! Can't wait to see your finished ring!
