stone thoughts?

Do we like this stone? It is a blue spinel. Is it a tad too dark? I love the richness of the blue, but I'm not sure about the color itself maybe being a bit too dark.

I'm assuming the lighting they used to take that picture was super bright in which case I bet that stone is very dark. Too dark for me and the center kind of looks fuzzy

Correct - I am concerned the stone will black out under regular lighting conditions.
