Thank you guys for all the great compliments! It''s so neat to be able to be proud of what I have on here and actually show it off in good taste, when in real life you really can''t unless someone else asks.

The color thing was just me being curious what other people saw. Only reason we didn''t think J was because the jeweler said there''s no way it''s J, and even we couldn''t see that compared to the H we were looking at before. And the original setting had a larger stone that was I color in it, and this stone looked brighter than both of them. But I understand many various things can affect how they look. Guess this one just has good variables!

Like I said, it doesn''t matter anyway, b/c we chose it before looking at the stats based on what we liked when we saw it.

I have a J colored radiant, and the GIA cert makes me feel that the color grading is accurate (whereas if it was EGL or non-certed I would have more pause for thought), but honestly depending on the lighting, sometimes it looks blinding white, other times you can see a lot more of the lovely warmth throughout the stone. Funny, isn''t it? LOL

Thank you guys SO much!!! It''s so heartwarming to hear so many people like how unique it is. I absolutely love the setting and the stone. Another neat factor good for me with the setting is there''s no stones to fall out on the bottom, which helps keep me from worrying too much.

Anyway, I''m absolutely in love with it. There are times the stone is quite warm, and times it''s bright white, and times it throws off SO much FIRE that even FI across the table gets distracted!

GreenFairy - that is exactly how mine is! There are times it is pretty warm, and others it is blinding white! And still others the fire is so much you can't even see anything but sparkle and color in the fire! It is pretty funny - definitely keeps me interested!

And you're probably right about the certification. It very well may be accurate - we just wondered against it because even the jeweler did, and compared to the H it was even whiter. Like I said though, really not a big deal. The jeweler appraised it too, so everything's good for now. Down the road we may reappraise it, but definitely not for now. We're absolutely fine with it - we love it!

That's awesome you have chihuahuas too! Hehe our little one is so funny - it's actually at my Mom and Dad's house now, it's the one I grew up with. She's hilarious. I'd never seen one with her markings until her, and she's slightly larger than the regular sized taco bell chihuahuas too. Such a great little dog though.

Skippy, thank you for the lovely compliment! Haha my hands are always so dry, I have eczema and I''m having to work on keeping the cuticles and all in good shape too. Sometimes I think my hands look more aged than my age, because of all the eczema I used to get and the dryness. But thank you for the compliment.

Haha and it''s amazing how some pictures you take can make your hands look so much worse than they do in real life!

It does feel so great! Haha it was kind of sad spreading the news of being engaged and not having the ring yet. But it is DEFINITELY worth waiting for it - we love it!! And it''s such a good feeling to finally have the ring on period!
