Ta Dah!!

oh my goodness what a snuggle bunny! i''m seriously holding myself back from trying to reach into the computer screen to give him a hug...keep posting pics...i can''t get enough! those ears are abs precious...is it wrong to say i hope he never grows into them?

i highly rec. the petsmart classes. we did the puppy ones with our yorkie, cosmo. helped him tremendously. there was even a little chi named nina in the class. she was so cute. stubborn, but cute. she''d poop out so quick. too funny.

For those of you who have used PetSmart classes: did you do the puppy only class? Or did you do the intermediate and advanced classes, too?

We''ve been thinking about seeing how it goes with Ta Dah!! and if it goes well, then we''ll do the beginners class with Flip (if she won''t flip out and bark at EVERYONE, that is).

ETA: We didn't use Petsmart, but we took Charlie Brown to a series of obedience classes and he was able to earn his Canine Good Citizen certificate through the AKC. It's available to all dogs who pass the test. It's a terrific experience for both the dog and their person

I got to say, not many men fall in love with a "purse dog," but I love this little boy! He''s awesome!

We took them on a walk at a park trail through the woods yesterday; Jen thought he would "tucker out" a 1/2 mile into the walk, and he did slow down and take a break, as did FlipFlop. But after that, he was plugging away again. He''s tough!

He did get scared when we came to a narrow part of the trail where the tall grass had almost overgrown the path, and he sat down and started shaking. After that bit, though, he all but jumped out of Jen''s arms so he could trot right beside Flip.

He''s a great dog, purse size and everything.
