Do you know what would have been kinder than asking me what my point was? If you told me how to look up my posts. I had no idea what you were talking about. Don’t assume others do before they receive a rant out of nowhere.

That was not a rant. It was an explanation, a how and a why. That information always helps people to learn and internalize. When some one tells me why I should do things a certain way, I THANK them because it helps me understand and remember. I thank them because they care enough to take the time and make the effort to help me understand why what I’m doing isn’t working and how to be better for myself and the community. You might consider the feelings of the individuals in the community and the community at large rather just yours.

@waffle i, too, echo a previous poster who suggested receiving some help. I didn’t find the exchange to be bullying at all but it seems someone being direct and to-the-point affected you. I hope you can see it from another point of view. I saw you posted in July thanking Pricescopers for their support through your health struggles and how Pricescope is your safe place. Not sure how one reply dramatically changed your view of Pricescope being a safe place to an unsafe place. Please take care of yourself.

I am disabled. I can’t really walk or go outside. It’s really ok that I have some pieces that would bring me joy. Why else are you all on here? If you didn’t care what others thought, you wouldn’t post your jewelry.

Thank you. I am disabled and I can’t really walk much. It’s ok if I have some joy in my life. My jewelry gives me some happiness as well as most pricescope member give them the same. I didn’t know how to check my posts.

Waffle I hope you don’t leave PS. You are very welcome here. Sorry you feel bullied. We all have different levels of sensitivity and perceive things through our own lens. However, you need to do what’s comfortable for you.

You are so sweet. I’m disabled I can’t really walk. It started a few years back. Plus a cancer survivor and other illnesses. and my jewels gave me some joy. I wasn’t going to show them to my friends.

I’m disabled. I had no idea how to check my posts. I can only take a few steps at a time and I can’t really get out. My jewels give me some joy and I’m sure others rocks do too, that’s why they are on here. Most of us have an emotional attachment to their jewelry, or we wouldn’t be here at all.

@waffle she (yssie) had no way of knowing that you don't remember the threads you have posted (or don't know how to
look them up). And, unfortunately, it appears that we remember your post better than you do. It gets very redundant.
I can understand why yssie felt frustrated and just wanted to get to the point because apparently, we had missed the point in
the last 3 threads you posted about that item???

In general, most* of us post one thread about a piece of jewelry we have questions about. It shouldn't be hard to remember that
you've already made a post about an item. I know I have mentioned this to you in one of your previous threads. If you had come
back and said I don't know how to get back to my old threads, we could have resolved the issue sooner. Unfortunately, there was
no reply to my post.

I agree with @dk168 ...if you need continuous approval about your jewelry choices, this probably isn't the right forum. One thread
OK, multiple threads...no. Please take this as constructive criticism. I hate to even post this because it will probably hurt your
feelings. Online is not for the faint of heart or for those who are insecure. I do wish you the best @waffle .

Why is anyone else here? To be modest about their 5 carat rocks? We are all here to share our pretties and get responses. I don’t have expensive jewelry but it makes me happy to share them because I’m disabled and I’m stuck at home, and they give me something else to focus on.

Then don’t leave @waffle. Yssie meant you no harm - only asking why there were so many threads. You have clarified now that you didn’t remember and didn’t know how to check. All is well now so stick around with us. You are correct - we are all here first and foremost due to our love of pretty diamonds and jewelry. PS has been a saving grace for many in times of trouble and it is a great way to have something else to focus on. Take care and stick around with us!!
