I didn't really consider the hinge one way or another at first but now, having it in hand, I do like that I can stack it seamlessly with other bangles - I don't think the hinged variety would've worked as well for that. It's 2.39" inner diameter by my calipers and TBH it's still really big on me, but it's *just* small enough that I don't feel like it'd slip right off as I walk... We smaller wristed folk get the shaft with bangles - at least with bracelets you can have links taken out! :devil:

mom2boys Thank you!! I have a bundle of bangles so she'll have lots of company - but none of the others have diamonds! I'm at a computer all day so I can't really wear more than one or two on my left at a time though. I do love the sound of tons of bangles down the arms all clinking against each other...

Thank you pandabee! It worked out really well - I'm really glad I squashed the temptation to get yet another pair of earrings, I think I'll get to enjoy this a lot more!

I changed my av for a couple of weeks at one point and once I quoted myself, ditto'd myself, and wrote that it was strange how similarly we thought and wrote... fortunately caught it in the edit window :rodent:

I like the fact that you chose something that you wouln't normally buy for yourself...See?You ended up loving it so much and wanting to wear it every day...Hmm...it puts me into thoughts...Because last time we visited my parents in law, my MIL was thinking of getting me a bangle as a gift and i told her no no no, they are beautiful but i'd never wear them...Ha...big mistake!

Thank you pink! It's delicate but tall enough to be surprisingly substantial - definitely feels sturdy enough to wear on its own for a day at the desk. Probably leave it home for the rock climbing though...

Yes I'm also loving this idea! Would it work though? Are the girdles exposed and would it cause problems to wear multiples at a time? Also can you pair it with a watch or would it scratch?

I seriously may need one or some!

Rose I think it would! The stones are really small and the metal extends past the girdles on both sides, and the sides are flat and perfect for putting several side by side :bigsmile: I'd probably stick w/ wg though - it's really impossible to see where the stones end and the metal begins wihtout a loupe when everything's bright white, it just looks like a thin line of glitter! I think a different metal colour would make it easier to see where the diamonds end.
