To all of you...thanks again for all the compliments, praise and all the very nice kind words.
Just to add, my oldest Granddaughter is planning her wedding for next year and asked her Grandma if she could have her old wedding ring set....so she dug it out of the drawer and had me take it to a jeweler for repair & size etc.
The diamond had fallen out, broken prongs (still have the diamond), the wedding band had been soldered to the engagemnet ring, both settings look their age, but...so I took it in and they are separating, resizing, reconditioning, to look new. My granddaughter knows it is not by any means an expensive set or of high quality, but that is what she wants, so I hope it turns out looking like new...kinda of a neat thing.
