I'm extremely blessed to have this man in my life and appreciate the love we share. I was engaged once before (7 years ago) and called off the engagement 3 months before walking down the aisle. I had to sell my never worn dress (sold 1 year to the date of our "supposed to be" wedding date) and start all over again. I know what bad luck is and wearing my ring around the house is not it. However, I do admit the closer we get the more I know I will put that baby away so I can still feel the newness of it on the actual day and feel the true meaning of becoming legally wed. He's brought more love to my life than I could ever imagine and he's all the luck I need.

I got a Tiffany and Co from a private seller ($1,200) 18k yellow gold diamond rb diamond .64 ct vvs2 I
For a band I got Tiffany's 18k yellow gold infinity ring. $550

I think it made a nice unique pair and if I ever want to upgrade I could get a 1ct for approx $5,000 more from Tiffany.

Soo excited and I love the diamond it is soo sparkly!

Here is my new engagement ring I just received yesterday. I had Yoni at Eternity Diamonds custom make the ring for me. It's a 2.58 carat round brilliant cut in a dainty diamond halo with a split shank diamond encrusted platinum band. I'm in love!! The craftsmanship s amazing. I asked for the least amount of metal showing between the diamonds and got exactly that. NO gaps between the center diamond and the halo!! He's amazing to work with if you're looking for a custom ring at a very reasonable price!!

Thanks, Junebug. I'm still in some disbelief about it. My previous reset was such a train wreck that I can't believe it actually came out as I was hoping. I was starting to think I should give up on custom and just go for ready-made jewelry, but that doesn't solve the problem of wanting what is in my mind, not in a case at a store.

Oh absolutely! It's great that you got exactly what you envisioned, ERD did an amazing job, I'm so impressed! I'm sure the process was stressful, but boy did it all pay off in the end.
