the new stone faces up like a .85-.90 ct. it was a gift, so i had no say about the stats. but it''s nice to wear once in awhile when i want something more blingy. i usually wear a simple rose-gold flat band with the word ''amor'' engraved in spaced out letters. much more practical for everyday wear, and the color looks great with my skin tone.
