I'm so glad that there are already 3 people to take off the list this week! I sent out some dust with my last update and I think it really worked! I'm going to send out some more in hopes of some fourth of july proposals!

BF and I will be spending the holiday with his family. So, I won't be around a computer to update tomorrow. I'm going to update the list on Tuesday.

Hi everyone! I've been a long time lurker on this site and I'm finally ready to take the plung :bigsmile:

Just a little background story -

Me and my boyfriend have been together now for about a year and a half, living together for six months. He openly brings up the idea of us getting married and having kids, so I'm now a lady in waiting. :appl:

I'd like to be added to the list. I look forward to sharing the wait with everyone! :wavey:

#4 checking in...I thought for sure it would happen during a vacation we had planned in September. Now the vacation is cancelled. UGH!!!
 
Hello everyone, I've been lurking a bit recently and I figured I should officially join the list! I've been with my bf for about 2 years and we've been ring shopping a few times, but nothing serious. Recently, he had his mom go shopping with him so now I am just waiting to see what happens next. It can be frustrating, but it's nice to know that I'm not alone.

Hi! I've been lurking for a little while, and figured I might as well add myself to the list. BF and I have been together for 3 years. He's working on designing a setting, and has told me the proposal is coming sometime before my birthday in November.

hi, please add me to the list! My BF and I did some browsing last weekend, and he wants me to print some pictures of rings I like. He said he likes to take his time and do some research when it comes to big purchases, so I doubt it will be real soon, but he assured me I wouldn't be waiting forever either... I really love him lots, just happy to have found the One!
 
Hello ladies! I have been a member of the forum for a little while, and posted awhile back regarding blue sapphires for an engagement ring. I would like to be added to the ladies in waiting list as well.

The BF and I have already sat down with the jeweler and have picked out the center stone (2.5 carats of cornflower blue antique cushion cut deliciousness!) and have approved the 3D rendering for the custom setting. Tuesday the gold will be ready for us to view, and after I give my approval on that, I am not allowed to know anything further about the ring or engagement plans, dates, etc. Apparently he has to be allowed to give me "some sort of a surprise" in that regard, lol!

ETA: I forgot to mention that my boyfriend and I have been together 7 years (wow, I know!) but it hasn't been until the past 2 years that I personally felt ready for the whole marriage thing (he's almost 9 years older). Let's see when it happens!

You are so sweet!! Thank you!! It took me a while to figure it out, but here are a couple of pics. The ring is an EC 3.1ct E color "excellent" polish with a halo of half point micropave diamonds. I love it :)
