Not hard. I mean, the most snow we''ve had in a long time is 12 inches. Three years ago, The whole freaking state was closed. We have TWELVE snowplows for our county. Our county involves Albuquerque and it''s suburbs for the most part, which I believe comes to about 600-750,000 people. NOT GOOD.

OH CRAP. I can see outside from here, and it''s starting to really come down. Before it was just a flurry here or there, but now...GAH. WHY DIDN''T I WEAR A COAT AND MY SNOW BOOTS?!

I haven''t seen a flurry yet in MI.

I think we have 12 snow plows for our street alone.

Mostly they just throw salt around and hope it does the trick though.

I don''t even HAVE snow boots for this winter yet.

Seattle is the WORST for snow. There are hills everywhere. No one can do anything. My office closed 4 days last winter, and they hadn''t closed in 12 years!! This winter is supposed to be worse. Boo!!

Obviously Michigan gets a lot, but we''re prepared.

Schools/offices usually only shut down if the storm coincides with rush hour/bussing schedule or if there''s ice. A foot or less, we usually just deal with it.
