So in reference to my statement yesterday about the size of my ace and needing to change it, I''ve gone to the gym and started logging my food. I was looking at wedding pictures and I looked so good in them. I''m feeling really crummy about myself and with the holidays approaching I don''t want to pack on any more weight. I''d be happy maintaining my weight now through the holidays and then try to drop a few.
Isn''t it crazy how much of a difference logging your food makes? I log during the week, and eat what I want over the weekend. If I log to under 1500 calories... that saves up a lot of calories for the weekend!
Yeah, I wouldn''t put too much pressure on yourself. Make healthy choices when you can, but don''t skip out on everything on Tday/Xmas/Hanukkah/Whatever or you''ll be bummed.
SPeaking of large aces... I''m going to stretch out those stupid jeans and make them FIT!
I love to eat, don''t get me wrong, but there are actually only a few things I really love to eat around the holidays (cheese being one of them, wine being another) and I''m pretty limited with other stuff given my celiacs. My issue is more from just being lazy and not active. So I figure upping my activity level will allow me to partake in my holiday treats (moderately of course) and not feel too guilty.
