I really like your idea of setting a goal of miles by a certain date. I''ll add a spot to record number of miles & time spent exercising on my sheet so I can track that too.

Not a problem. The best thing you can do is just start writing down everything you eat. That''s hard at holidays and such when you''re at parties that encourage you to take "a little of this" and "a little of that" but it totally helps you realize what you''re putting in your body.

I need to get back to that. I want to drop some more lbs by spring so that when I start running again I''m lighter and therefore faster.

I''m wearing hot pink stirrup pants w/ a purple and turquoise oversized sweater. Oh and L.A. gear tennis shoes w/ pink and purple laces. Good right?

I need to start recording as well. It was really helpful! I used the calorie counter on about.com, which gives grades to all the foods. It helped avoid all the F bombs.

Make sure she is absolutely gorgeous with a generous top. Have her wear nice tight mini shorts and a sportsbralette.

1/2 an hour with her in the gym with your co-worker and she''d never show her body again.
