VC - i broke* my ankle back in april, and everyone once in awhile it starts getting sore. I noticed on tuesday that i rode a bit too much (spinning) and probably aggrivated it.

*i not only broke it but sprained it too.

I prefer to poop at home, but if I have to do it at work, I try to follow the courteous pooping guidelines.
