when was the last time you ran? if you havent run in a LONG time, I say you can do 10 min without stopping. If you have, 15.

If you''re running, start off slow. Try doing 2 min walk, 2 min run, 1min walk, 2 min run, 1 min walk...etc. If you feell ike you can do more, do it, if not slow down. Don''t demotivate yourself your first day.

Yes, those were the good times, when I was skinny and....well, thin.

I broke the rollerblades I had and then found Out rollerblading is no longer cool since NOBODY sells them anymore.
Saw a couple of pairs at a sporting shop last week but can''t afford them

Class = difficult, but fun.

The instructor today suggested I go to instructor training! I have no formal Ballroom dance training, but she has a lot of confidence in me! I'd love to, but I just don't have the time to teach the classes...I'm too busy with my real job, lol!

And I *heart* the elliptical. It's great for days when my ankles have been beat to hell by running and I need a break.

Hope you have a great SHRED, B...and elle, hope the gym was good to you!!!

ETA: Also...A had a bouquet of purple flowers for me when we were leaving work. ladyciel thinks he might be trying to romance me to mask when he's actually gonna propose...if that's true, I'm certainly not about to complain!!!
