I lusted over this estate watch for months... Then one day, it was marked "SOLD".

Have you ever wanted or admired something but didn''t pull the trigger and now it eludes you?

Now, I think about this piece all the time, and nothing I see compares.
Yeah, I know, maybe it wasn''t "meant to be" -- but I think I will be searching for a long time to make it "be"!

Anyone with similar stories?

Yes, over the years there have been quite a few things. I''m still lusting for a pendant I saw in December that is long gone now.

It''s a beautiful watch, but I''m sure the one that''s meant for you will find you when the time is right.

The one that got away...will never forget...1983...met a lady going through separation with husband...had 3.21 VS1-E great proportions round brilliant for sale...$6000...sold soon after it was offered to me ....that was one memorable stone!

An eBay seller had a gorgeous .75 bezel-set pear pendant going for no reserve. I was working and asked my husband to bid for me ... it went for about $20 bucks more than his final bid! And his final bid was a bit less than I would have gone. Alas ... next time, I''ll give more detailed instructions. Or take time off!
