Haahaa! I love this thread.. no hairy knuckles or neck wrinkles to report  but since both of these rings that have had their own thread in the past it's a bit much to start a new one just because they are 'hangin together for a bit.
I was moving bling in and out of the vault today and captured a Kim K moment..
Thanks for sharing!

You mean like out of your own personal vault and not Graff's??? ;))

LOL LLJsmom!
Graff's vault would send my L color diamond packing back to my safety deposit box for sure! :o

This doesn't warrant a whole thread, just wanted to share a band I bought from Etsy - 18k wg, from 1927. The engraving was a *little* more pronounced on the website, but that's ok, it was a good price and I like it with my ering.

Any other random purchases out there?

I love it Junebug! It's perfect with your gorgeous ring!

Aw thanks yenny and Rubies-R-Me!

Junebug, I love that look!

HI all

Thought i would share a couple of pics of my new cuff. I would start a thread but i can't remember the stats of the diamonds

It is mokume layered on 14k gold on silver. The bands are silver. The center diamond is meant to be an oec i think from memory.

This is one seriously hard piece to photograph. It is all so shiny!! i think i need to wear it in for a bit :)

Junebug! A perfect compliment to your ring! Is there any engraving on the inside of the band?

Thanks so much braga and kristin!

Kristin, there is engraving - it says GER to THL 2-1-27. It's written in a very pretty script, very cool!

Why thanks Junebug. I think it looks a little better now it isn't so shiny :) it is definitely a statement piece for me

I must say that i love your new band. it is gorgeous and looks fantastic with your ring :)

Bump! Any new (or old) random bling? Anyone? :naughty:

Hi!
Here is some bling that fits the random bill!
This is my "fancy party" watch that is a vintage Hamilton. The box is an original Hamilton box.. not original to the watch but from the same era. I bought it from an estate jeweler in Florida a few years back.
I had done some research about these types of watches when I first bought it and it seems like Hamilton did not make most of these very blingy watches. Most were made by custom jewelers because clients had stones they wanted to use in a new piece of jewelry. They would take a Hamilton movement and just insert it into the watch casing when everything else was set and ready.
Interesting.. :read:

That's interesting Rubies, I didn't know that about Hamilton watches! How neat. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks Pandabee! I thought it was so interesting too. :wavey:
I guess Hamilton movements were cheap and plentiful.
Oops.. just realized I forgot to post the pic of the watch in the box. :D

I love, love, love antique diamond watches - I often stop by the jewelry district in LA to look for them!

Hi Lindy!
Yes.. I lovelovelove to look at them too! They are always so intricate and have so much "personality"

This is just a little thing…was so curious as to the quality of these logr bands I ordered one - was initially a bit disappointed by the lack of sparkle, but I always clean new items right away, and the stones have more life now - am pleasantly surprised by the quality, the milgrain isn't as nice as my ering (which I pretty much assumed :cheeky: ), but honestly the band is so petite you can't even really tell. I'm happy with it!
