Regarding TCO sales professionals not disclosing crown & pavilion angles, most of the sales people go strictly by what is written on the tags. For each diamond above 1ct there is a book of photocopied GIA reports in the back of the store that they can access to provide you with the information that you are seeking. The sales professional can also call back to their inventory person to have a GIA report faxed from NY.
