Well, the gorgeous Andrew Moline pearls arrived a few days ago and they're as luscious as everyone has said. Why these pearls haven't stuck with one owner is beyond me. But I know, that for me, at 9.7mm, they're too small for my enooooormous earlobes. Their luster is FAR nicer than any pearls I currently own of anything close to this size - but on Day 3, when I found I was still wearing my 11+mm SS pearls from Pearl Paradise which have FAR less luster, PLUS a 5.5mm diamond stud, I knew my heart had decided they were too small, regardless of what my head was saying.
So, once again, these gorgeous pearls are up for sale. AND, I'm cutting their price by another 5% and throwing in free shipping.
These pearls were bought for $7600, sold for $3300 after their owner mis-calc'd the price, then were sold again for 2k. I am now selling these for $1900 and throwing in free shipping, just to acknowledge that they've had a few owners - tho there is no new damage that I can see, and that luster is gorgeous! So that makes this the deal to end all deals!
Apparently there is a small mark on the back near the drill hole which has been covered by the cup, so consequently I've never seen it. They also apparently compare favorably with Mikimoto A+ quality, but I don't know enough about pearls to confirm or deny this. I do have a very particular eye, tho, and if they were larger, I'd be keeping them.
Here is their original thread by @yssie - and Yssie, I apologize for putting this thread up again and for using your photos!!

Sold - MolinePDG gemmy 9.7mm round white akoya pair with PSL Hanadama report, half-drilled
I paid $7600 for this pair in 2020. I'm looking to recoup $3300 - that's a full 50% off my cost. Selling because... When I want "large white studs" I reach for my WSS, and when I want "akoya" I reach for my Mikimoto pair. These guys just never get worn. I've held onto them for several months...
