A pair of .25 CTW studs from WF's ready-set-to-go line for when I want a tiny accent earring in my outer holes. The stones are G-SI1's.



The kind folks at WF were happy to shorten the posts to 8mm at my request.

DiamondSeeker, yes, I have my newer stuff here in the sand. I have a bunch more in a box at my bank at home. I can't wear my pendant here, at least not so it can be seen, but my rings and stud earrings are legal up to a point. Here's a few of the pics I've posted in various threads here.

When i saw the studs, i thought "ahhh...more beautiful bling for our lady, they will look amazing on her...BUT... is the AVC coming up at the end of the line of pics as a surprise too? Please God, please, let the AVC be there"! He! The moment this little devil Kenny posted the pic of that beauty and i saw your comment on it, i thought this is it, she's getting it!!!
So...Your new studs are amazing and i hope you enjoy them and wear them in good health, because you really deserve them and all the rest of your gorgeous bling, considering what you're going through

slg47 - Yes, the stones are on thier way to DanielM jewelry to be set. After I get them back I'm going to be getting my .68 CTW BGD's reset, but haven't decided how yet.

Kenny - screwing the studs would be difficult, they're friction-backs. As for that AVC, if I can get the video to load on this connection I'll be able to tell if I like the color or not. So far no luck with that, the video's just too long.

And I love the studs too. PLEASE get the FCD! I love that greenish brownish etc and the W-X - I couldn't watch the video because it hurt so good. I first saw the W-X before my ring was finished, and since it's the same size and close to the same price as mine, I briefly considered calling Leon tosay "stop the presses - I'm switching out my diamond!" and doing a whirlwind upgrade....it is gorgeous! And I love the FCD!

Anyway, enjoy your awesome new studs - love the little claws - in health and safety, and I hope we see you pulling many more Andelains in the future!

Bean, when I say 'legal' I mean authorized to wear with a military uniform. Most bling is not. For example the only necklace I can wear has to be a religious pendant, and has to stay hidden. That's why you don't get to see many neckshots of my pendant, I have to hide it if I wear it at all. I can wear a wedding ring or somethiing that could pass for one. Since styles vary so much these days I can get away with wearing my ACA ring.

Picture my pendant as a ring, a split shank, the smaller end angled inward like the larger is on the pendant, but the stone size difference slightly more exaggerated. I haven't yet decided whether I'll have the wider end toward my wrist or fingertips, but I'm leaning toward fingertips as shown in the bottom pic.

More trouble in the making. I am DYING to see those in person. I figure after I go through a huge gross major surgery that's planned for next month, I will deserve a special treat. And you know what? If I survive the next round? I'm going to happily mow my way through project after project. An AVR would look absolutely perfect in Celentani's e-ring mounting. Hubba hubba!

Your new ring sounds stunning! Hmmm, I think tapered end down towards your fingertips, like I wear my pear. It will look more graceful and will elongate your fingers that way.

Your husband's experience is still the case today in the case of someone that's going outside the wire and needs to be less conspicuous. Could you imagine me trying to stay camoflaged in the desert sun with Eightstars and ACA's dripping off me? But I'm a non-combat admin weenie fobbit, also known as a powerpoint ranger. A little bling on me doesn't endanger me or anyone else, so it's tolerated up to a point. I think your husband for his service.

MissyDebby, been teasing me, especially with that new green oval of hers. In fact I named her 'Our lady of the Neon Leon'. Once you see the AVR's in person you'll be hooked. I only had my pair here for a couple days before I sent them to DanielM to be mounted, but I sure liked what I saw. I can't wait to see them again. I hope and I pray your surgery goes well and you come back here showing off a new something you rewarded yourself with. I saw a 'D' color AVR that has me drooling like nobody's business.
