This looks like a pretty good stone based on the information you have provided. It scores a 1.6 on the Holloway Cut Advisor with excellent light return, fire, and scintillation, and very good spread. It is a liitle bit on the deep side and I did see similiar stones that were priced somewhat less when I did a price comparison with the pricescope vendors. I guess it all depends on how much shopping around you want to do.
