I thought IDJ is a PS recommended vendor. I think the issue is that OP isn’t in the US so I think return is problematic because I think OP will lose out on tax and import duty.

I did not see in the OP’s post that she bought this bracelet from IDJ. If that is the case, I am surprised that IDJ does not have a better return policy.

I don’t think the issue is that IDJ is not willing to accept the return, the issue is the amount of customs and taxes that have been paid to the government. Claiming those back would be the responsibility of the customer since they are the one to make the payment in the first place.

In addition, the bracelet is considered as a custom piece as it was shortened specifically at the OP's request.
