Good morning,

I am not diamond savvy and usually just go by what I like. I was wondering though as this is more than I wanted to spend, if anyone could give me some insight? Thank you in advance for any help .

It looks like it will be gorgeous, but it will face up smaller than a round. Have you seen it in person to put on your finger?

Also, the certificate is from 2010. Could you persuade the seller to get it re certified so you can make sure it is in original shape?

Hearts on Fire "Dream" cut diamonds are very pretty, and generally have great sparkly life to them. Agreed with @whitewave that they do face up a bit smaller than round. Interested to hear if you have seen it in person.

This stone looks so white! Lovely <3
I can't judge the quality of the cut (or the facet design?), but personally the slightly disorganized center facets and the "ring" around it bothers a bit. Not sure what that ring is - the girdle reflection?

However, the photos are so magnified vs what the real-life view would be. If you could share a video of the stone that could be helpful!

I have not seen it in person... that’s why I’m hesitant (and budget).

It appears this is measured on the diagonal as well (the 6.7mm) and the actual width is 5.6mm. It'll look like a sub-3/4ct round.

Thank you! The measurements were confusing to me.

How would someone know this? Thank you!

I’m definitely intrigued by it! Would love to see in person. I wonder how this compares to a Flanders cut.

There was a lot of talk of this back when Brian Gavin introduced his H&A cushion that was measured that way. I don't know why, though! :)
