Here are the gemologists comments on the SI2 grading:

It has small white inclusion with crystal black inclusion in the pavilion.
The inclusion reflects slightly on the table however these inclusions are not easily visible.
The diamond is 90% eye clean.
Overall the diamond is good to go.

Did you have other options you were considering? "90% eye clean" seems to imply that you'll be able to see the inclusion 1 out of every 10 times you look at it.

It looks good to me, as long as you're okay with the eye clean issue.
